Four Seasons Chicago Begins Major Upgrade

The Four Seasons Chicago began $30 million renovation in December aimed at turning the hotel’s classic European style into a more urban, contemporary design.

Phase one of the facelift includes updates to the hotel’s 281 guest rooms and lobby. The lobby upgrade is scheduled to finish in February and the guest room renovation is slated for completion in April.

Phase two of the project, scheduled to begin in December and end in February 2008, will include a ballroom and pre-function space refurbishment.

The facility contains 22,000 square feet of meeting space.
