Oasis West Realty and the Hilton Hotel Corporation plan to begin a $500 million project to renovate The Beverly Hilton, located here, and build a Waldorf=Astoria property next to it.
The project includes a complete renovation of The Beverly Hilton, transforming it into a 402-room property with updated, IACC-certified meeting space.
The 120-room Waldorf=Astoria that will be built next door is expected to contain 120 guest rooms, 120 residences and meeting facilities.
A timeline for the project has not been set.
