The Salem Convention and Visitors Association appointed Angie Morris its new CEO, effective Feb. 12.
Morris’ previous work experience includes positions as executive director of Salem’s Pentacle Theatre and director of marketing and public relations for the Portland Opera.
"We're excited to have Angie join SCVA. Her communication and marketing skills will compliment the expert staff," said Terry Kelly, SCVA board president.
