RLJ Lodging Fund acquired the New York LaGuardia Airport Marriott for $69 million and plans to invest $11.5 million into renovating the property.
The hotel, located across the street from the airport, contains 438 guest rooms, 15,300 square feet of meeting space and two dining outlets.
A timeline for the facelift has yet to be established.
