Construction is expected to begin July 2 on a $95 million facelift of The Ritz-Carlton, Kapalua on Maui.
The makeover is scheduled to include upgrades to the hotel’s spa, dining facilities, guest rooms, and residential units.
The 363-room hotel contains 150,000 square feet of meeting space and 107 condominiums.
