John Q. Hammons Hotels & Resorts unveiled the Courtyard by Marriott Fort Smith Downtown Jan. 10.
The $25 million hotel, located one block from the newly renovated Fort Smith Convention Center, contains 138 guest rooms and 2,500 square feet of group gathering space.
