W.P. Carey & Co. acquired the soon-to-be-built Hilton hotel in Bloomington, Minn., for $49 million.
The hotel is currently under construction and expected to open next January with 225 guest rooms, an undetermined amount of meeting space, a business center, a spa, and a fitness center.
