Broadreach Capital Partners purchased the Four Seasons Resort Aviara, North San Diego, located here, for an undisclosed amount.
The 329-room hotel sports 39,000 square feet of function space, a 15,000-square-foot spa and an 18-hole, Arnold Palmer-designed golf course.
