Eden Roc, A Renaissance Resort & Spa, located here, plans to close its doors April 17 for an upgrade.
The project, scheduled to finish in October, will include the refurbishment of the hotel’s existing 349 rooms.
The resort is also in the process of building an additional 283-room hotel tower, scheduled for completion in fall 2008.
The hotel houses 43,000 square feet of meeting space.
