The Sheraton Madison Hotel was acquired for an undisclosed amount and plans are in the works for a multimillion-dollar renovation to the property.
The project is scheduled to begin later this year and include updates to the hotel’s public space, guest rooms, exterior, and lobby.
The 237-room hotel contains 18,000 square feet of function space and is located adjacent to Madison’s Alliant Energy Center, a facility that houses 150,000 square feet of exhibition space.
