The Carmel Valley Ranch plans to begin a $60 million refurbishment project in March and transform itself into a condo-hotel property.
The facelift, scheduled to finish in early 2008, will include updates to the property’s guest rooms and common areas and the addition of 1,000 square feet of meeting space.
The 400-acre resort offers groups 144 guest suites and 6,000 square feet of meeting space.
