Northview Hotel Group along with Behringer Harvard and Five Star Realty purchased Hawk’s Cay Resort, located on Duck Key Island in the Florida Keys, and plan to initiate a $27 million upgrade to the property.
The project is expected to begin this summer and include updates to the resort’s guest rooms, lobby, dining outlets, and pool areas, and finish in early 2008.
The property contains 177 guest rooms, 297 privately owned villas, 25,000 square feet of meeting space, five pools, and five dining outlets.
