Highland Hospitality Corporation purchased The Silversmith Hotel, located in Chicago, for $35.5 million and plans to renovate the property.
The facelift will include updates to the hotel’s guest rooms and the addition of an unspecified amount of meeting space.
The hotel, formerly the Crowne Plaza Chicago-Silversmith Hotel, contains 143 guest rooms and 2,127 square feet of function space.
