Hotel magnate John Q. Hammons plans to build a 15-story resort at Missouri’s Lake of the Ozarks, located here.
The 15-story property, which will be titled Chateau on Lake of the Ozarks, will break ground next spring and open in spring 2010 with 320 guest rooms, a spa and 100,000 square feet of function space.
