RockBridge Capital purchased the Stamford Holiday Inn Downtown, located here, for an undisclosed amount and plans to begin a $15 million facelift in January 2008.
Renovations will be applied to all areas of the hotel, from the lobby and front desk to the property’s pool and guest rooms.
The 10-story property houses 380 guest rooms and 20,000 square feet of function space.
