Plans are in the works for a $30 million renovation of the Los Angeles Marriott Downtown Hotel.
A timeline has not been determined yet, but the project is expected to include upgrades to the hotel’s guest rooms, meeting space, dining outlets, and public spaces.
The hotel contains 469 guest rooms and 25,000 square feet of function space.
