Tourism Toronto, the Toronto Convention and Visitors Association, appointed David Whitaker its new president and CEO, effective April 30.
Whitaker brings more than 17 years of hospitality experience to his new position and most recently worked as the executive vice president and chief marketing officer of the Greater Miami CVB.
He will replace Bill Allen, Tourism Toronto’s interim president.
