Hotel Deca, located here, completed a $2 million upgrade of its lobby, ballroom and guest rooms in mid-March.
The property, formerly the University Tower Hotel, plans to begin an additional $500,000 exterior facelift in June and finish the project in July.
The property contains 158 guest rooms and 5,500 square feet of function space.
