Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide plans to open a new W Hotel in Manhattan next year.
The 53-story property, named W New York-Downtown Hotel & Residences, will house 217 guest rooms, 222 residential units and a yet-to-be-determined amount of meeting space.
