Downtown Denver’s historic Brown Palace Hotel & Spa has initiated an $8 million guest room renovation.
The project includes a soft goods update to all 241 guest rooms, slated for completion in May, and a bathroom reconstruction in 199 of the hotel’s rooms, expected to wrap up by the end of 2008.
The property contains 13,000 square feet of meeting space and a 5,200-square-foot spa.
