Renaissance Hotels & Resorts has finished a $25.32 million renovation of the Renaissance M Street Hotel, located here.
The facelift included upgrades to the facility’s 355 guest rooms, 10, 800 square feet of meeting space, lobby, and dining outlets.
Slated for next year are the addition of two new guest room floors and a rooftop pool.
