Benchmark Hospitality, in partnership with entertainer Gloria Estefan and her producer husband Emilio Estefan, plans to build the Costa d’Este resort, located on Vero Beach, Fla., about 90 miles north of West Palm Beach, Fla.
The new resort is scheduled to open in January with 94 guest rooms and 1,170 square feet of meeting space.
