The Crowne Plaza will contain 350 guest rooms and will be connected to the 120,000-square-foot Crosswinds Conference Center.

The Crosswinds Hotel will feature 350 guest rooms and also offer a 145,000-square-foot aquatics center.

The Hotel Indigo is expected to contain 200 guest rooms, and the Extended Stay property will house 300 guest rooms.

The entire resort is slated to open in 2009.
