In an effort to attract summertime groups to the Fort Lauderdale area, the Greater Fort Lauderdale CVB is offering free convention floor space to groups that book a minimum of 600 peak hotel room nights during August and September 2007 and 2008.
Such groups will receive free rental on all floor space at the Greater Fort Lauderdale/Broward County Convention Center, and attrition fees will be waived at the groups’ contracted hotels.
