Stoney Creek Hospitality Corporation plans to break ground later this summer on the Stoney Creek Inn and Conference Center in Sioux City, Iowa.
The facility, situated north of the Tyson Events Center, is expected to open next summer with 161 guest rooms and a 16,000-square-foot conference center.
