Kimberly Bailey-Thomas was named director of sales for the Kent County Delaware CVB, effective June 11.
Bailey-Thomas most recently worked with small business start-ups at the University of Delaware’s Small Business Development Center.
She takes the place of Ned Blair, who resigned May 11 and now works as the director of sales at Dover Downs Hotel & Casino.
