The Hyatt Regency Bellevue broke ground June 28 on a 20-story hotel tower.
Expected to open in July 2009, the tower will add 351 rooms to the hotel’s inventory as well as 1,000-square-feet of retail space, an 18,000-square-foot ballroom, a 150-seat auditorium, and a 14,500-square-foot exhibition hall.
The hotel houses 382 guest rooms and 17,000 square feet of meeting space. The property will offer groups 733 guest rooms and more than 60,000 square feet of meeting space when the expansion is complete.
