UOL Group Limited (UOLG), a hospitality management company based here, acquired Pan Pacific Hotels and Resorts and has incorporated the company into its hotel division.
As part of the deal, Pan Pacific and UOLG plan to open additional properties in the Western U.S. in yet-to-be-disclosed cities.
