NYLO Hotels, a new brand of properties specializing in loft-style guest rooms, broke ground July 12 on a new hotel in Warwick, R.I., located about 11 miles outside of Providence.
The 82,800-square-foot hotel, which will sit in the Pontiac Mills mixed-use development, will open in summer 2008 and house 164 guest rooms and a yet-to-be-determined amount of meeting space.
