InvestWestFinancial/Pacifica Hotel Company purchased King Kamehameha’s Kona Beach Hotel, located here, for an undisclosed amount and plans to renovate the property.
Discussions are in the works for a $25 million property facelift to begin in spring 2008.
The 460-room hotel hosts 5,200 square feet of meeting space.
