Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide plans to construct an aloft hotel and an Element hotel in Lexington, Mass., located about 12 miles from Boston.
The aloft Lexington is slated to contain 136 guest rooms and 600 square feet of meeting space. Element Lexington will house 123 guest rooms and 800 square feet of meeting space.
The hotels will share the same parcel of land and are expected to open in spring 2008.
