Harrah’s Entertainment and AEG plan to begin construction next summer on a 20,000-seat arena one block off the Las Vegas Strip.
The arena will be primed for entertainment and sporting events and will be located behind the Paris Las Vegas Hotel & Casino and Bally’s Las Vegas Hotel & Casino.
The venue is expected to open in 2010.
