HEI Hotels & Resorts plans to develop a 14-story Marriott hotel in downtown Bellevue, Wash.
HEI is in talks with Marriott International and hopes to begin construction on the property soon and open it in 2010.
The hotel is expected to offer 378 guest rooms and 13,000 square feet of meeting space.
