Plans are in the works for a guest room and ballroom renovation at the Omni Shoreham Hotel, located here.
A facelift to the hotel’s 834 guest rooms is slated to finish in October and an upgrade to its 17,130-square-foot Regency Ballroom is expected to conclude in January.
The hotel has 24 meeting rooms and more than 100,000 square feet of meeting space.
