The Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Nation and Great Wolf Resorts executed a letter of intent to develop a water park resort in southeastern Connecticut.
Details of the deal, including the exact resort location, have yet to be determined.
Most Great Wolf Resorts feature between 300 to 400 guest rooms, meeting space and a large indoor water park.
