A guest room renovation and meeting space expansion is under way at the Swissotel Chicago.
The guest room upgrade, totaling $17.5 million, is expected to conclude next April and affect the hotel’s 632 rooms.
The $47 million meeting space expansion includes the addition of 50,000 square feet of group gathering space and is expected to finish by June 2009.
The hotel currently houses 27,000 square feet of function space.
