Plans are in the works for a new hotel named Viceroy Snowmass to anchor a new base village in Snowmass, Colo.
Ground is expected to be broken this fall on the hotel, with an opening date set for winter 2009-2010.
The hotel is slated to contain 236 condo-hotel units, a 7,000-square-foot spa, a swimming pool, and a yet-to-be-determined amount of meeting space.
