MGM Mirage plans to break ground next year on a multibillion-dollar resort in Atlantic City.
The MGM Grand Atlantic City is expected to open in 2012 and cost between $4.5 billion and $5 billion.
The resort will include three separate hotel towers totaling more than 3,000 guest rooms, a convention center, a 1,500-seat theater, and 500,000 square feet of retail space.
The property will also house a casino with 5,000 slot machines, 200 table games and a poker room.
