The Buccini/Pollin Group purchased the Sheraton Raritan Center, located here, for an undisclosed amount and plans to upgrade the property.
The renovation is slated to begin in mid-2008 and finish by the end of 2008.
The 12-story hotel houses 276 guest rooms and 12,000 square feet of meeting space.
