Plans are in the works for the development of two Starwood-branded properties here, a Westin and an aloft hotel.
The hotels are scheduled to open in 2010 and will be located in the soon-to-be-developed $232 million Glorypark project, a 1.2 million-square-foot mixed-use district.
The Westin hotel is slated to contain 300 guest rooms as well as residences and 55,000 square feet of function space.
The aloft hotel is planned to offer 140 guest rooms and a yet-to-be-determined amount of residential units and meeting space.
