Construction is under way on the new Ritz-Carlton Highlands, with an opening date set for fall 2009.
The $300 million resort will be situated as the centerpiece of Northstar Highlands and offer 170 guest rooms, 162 residential units, a spa, and a yet-to-be-determined amount of meeting space.
