The Convention Industry Council (CIC) appointed Heather Doughlin, CMP, its new Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) program director.
Doughlin comes to the CIC with 25 years of industry experience, having most recently worked as the senior catering and convention services manager for the Hyatt Regency Washington on Capitol Hill.
