A $22 million renovation is under way at the Hyatt Regency Sarasota, with a completion date set for March 2008.
The project is expected to include refurbishments to the hotel’s guest rooms, meeting space and dining outlets.
The hotel houses 294 guest rooms and 20,000 square feet of meeting space.
