Plans are in the works for a $44 million facelift to begin next summer at The Hermosa Inn, located in Scottsdale, Ariz.
The project, scheduled to finish in fall 2009, will include the addition of 14 guest units, a spa and two additional meeting rooms.
The hotel currently offers 35 guest suites and meeting rooms for small groups.
