The Waldorf=Astoria Collection and DuVal Development plan to open a new resort here in spring 2009.
Dakota Mountain Lodge, a Waldorf=Astoria Collection Hotel, will feature 197 guest units, a 20,000-square-foot Golden Door Spa and a 15,000-square-foot ballroom.
Plans are in the works for the construction of an additional 137 guest rooms and 65 residential units to begin later this year.
