Construction is expected to begin later this year on a new Waldorf=Astoria hotel in Sarasota.
The 18-story hotel, expected to open by late 2010, will sit within The Proscenium, a new mixed-use development.
The property will offer 225 guest rooms, a 38,000-square-foot ballroom, 67 residential units, and a 12,000-square-foot spa.
