Plans are in the works for a restoration of The Balsams Grand Resort Hotel, located here.
The resort, located on 15,000 acres in the While Mountains of New Hampshire, completed renovating its common areas and meeting space last year and now plans to refurbish 110 of its guest rooms in its Hampshire House wing.
At press time, a timeline for the project had not been established.
The hotel, built in 1866, features 202 guest rooms and more than 10,000 square feet of meeting space.
