Construction is under way on the Terranea Resort, a 102-acre property located about 16 miles west of Long Beach in Rancho Palos Verdes, Calif.
The resort is set to open in June 2009 with 582 guest units, 63,000 square feet of indoor meeting space, 75,000 square feet of outdoor meeting space, three swimming pools, and a 25,000-square-foot spa.
