Starwood Hotels & Resorts broke ground in April on a new aloft hotel south of the Dulles International Airport in Chantilly, Va.
Aloft Dulles South is scheduled to open in spring 2009 with 144 guest rooms and a yet-to-be-determined amount of meeting space.
