Hotel Indigo Slated for Downtown Cleveland

Constructed is expected to start this fall on a 140-room Hotel Indigo, which will be located in a downtown Cleveland landmark, the mid-century Breuer Tower designed by Bauhaus architect Marcel Breuer.

With an anticipated opening in spring 2010, the hotel will occupy the lower 12 floors of the building, with the upper floors reserved for residential space. The hotel, which will be LEED certified, will offer a casual gourmet restaurant, fitness center, 24-hour business center, and 3,000 square feet of meeting space.
